![]() The laptop is not in the Windows Tablet Mode and all boxes in Ease of Access are unchecked. Sensors work, the device display rotates when I turn it around. (For the keyboard I don't see any special driver available windows installs the standard PS/2 keyboard driver). I have tried to reinstall both the newest and some older versions of all the chipset drivers available on the hp support site, and also the ELAN Touchpad driver. The builtin keyboard+mouse work as long as we're in the BIOS menu or the HP Diagnostic tool. Of course, now she has to go on a long business trip and we haven't been able to fix this problem. Builtin keyboard and touchpad stopped working sometime during the last few months, and she has been using it with an USB keyboard and mouse. ![]() Is there any news on this issue? My wife's laptop has the same problem.
